Anyways.....have you gone to lakeland?...(Cos every site I have gone on to since I looked up "Jelly bag" have shown me the Lakeland Ad, showing me the item and price, along with Jam Jars and labels!)
Maybe staggering issues, in heels?

I telled ye Queenie
It came to m'notice that with a bit of bricolage I have everything I need.
What kind of jam/jelly are you making, Joe?
It depends....... I think that the wild plums will be ready while we're in the fatherland. So it will be damsons, bramble, elderberries, sloes, and apples in various mixtures and various time zones. I make jams/jellies from what I find.
.... and rosehips.
They sound lovely, Joe.
I made my first jam last year, gooseberry jam and strawberry jam. Both were a big success with the family, I was quite pleased with my efforts.
My mum makes the best bramble jelly ever.
Shop bought jams don't come close to homemade for flavour, IMO.
Looking back I see that I haven't answered a couple of questions.
Yes! I went to Lakeland. The jellybag which had been passed down through the family will be the last. I can fashion my own set up. I paid a fiver for a cheap set of Salter scales, and rather over the top for a bottle of certo and a can of lemon pulp. I bought the latter two because I couldn't find them anywhere else. However it's jam sugar from now on.
