corrie !!!!

ive stopped watching corie/eastenders at the moment

cos the stupid storylines have put me off

ie ronnie/baby swap and the stupid moon brothers

corrie and graham and the illegal marrying thing

and

doctors in the afternoon is bonkers

I voted for Corrie, with Emmerdale coming a close second.

Corrie is the only soap I watch.

Pirate , Graham storyline  is gone,he's buggered orff.,we still have Steve and Becky face off.

Corrie for me too... although I have to admit, it's having its lame moments of late.

I only watch Corrie now actually, but have tried hollyoaks and emmerdale and just cant get into them.. EE, I have been pissed off with for ages and I havent watched it for about a year

Corrie...... but I  used to watch Doctors a year or so ago, until they started changing all the cast....

I used to watch them religeously (sp) I don't any more but catch snippets of episodes. Therefore I feel as though I'm not able to comment/vote in this fred 

EastEnders and Hollyoaks!

Then Emmerdale and Corrie.

I don't watch Doctors but it's like Waterloo Road because of the profession it's set in people come and ago.. Doctors in a surgery and WR in a school!

Waterloo Road counts as a soap too even though it's more of a drama!

I gave the loan vote for Hollyoaks   Mainly because I stopped watching all soaps but end up catching an ep of HO after the kids have watched Simpsons on C4 so it's the only one I half keep up with.

Wish it could have been multiple choice.  I had to go for EE because this forum dislikes it with a passion but I love it!!

Darlo, it could be because most of the forum are 'ahem' a bit more mature.. I am just turned 40-blank myself! 

And EE tends to be liked by younger folk.  Most under 25s I know, prefer EE Darlo.

Dont watch soaps.

There is no concrete proof which age groups watch soaps unless we were all questioned by survey.  Hollyoaks for a fact is aimed at a younger demographic and has never shyed away from that fact. 

There's a few older people here who I know have watched or are watching Hollyoaks/EastEnders but yes EE is popular more so than Corrie amongst younger people.

The big 3 soaps generally have people of all ages watching from what i've seen so it's hard to generalise.

I voted for emmerdale, just for the moment. It's normally corrie.

Corrie for me but i watch the other's, Hollyoaks get's sillier by the day though

I don't think I've regularly watched any soap since Brookside was axed.

Ooooh, I used to like that!    Not so much later on, but the first 7 or 8 years yes.    Did you hear about Terry - the real actor - getting put away in prison? 

Emmerdale, although it is the only soap i watch,  there was a girl in my daughter's class whose name was Emma Dale - i wonder if her parents watched tv?

I only watch Stenders, so I voted for that. 

I voted Corrie but only because I dip in and out of watching it - like Pirate the Graham/Xin story and the Steve/Becky story lines are getting on my norks! I tend to record the omnibus and if there's something I don't like I fast forward through it   I don't think I've seen Emmerdale since the plane crash   Doctors is strange   Hollyoaks doesn't appeal to me for some reason and I can't stand EE 

The only soap I religiously watch is Home and away but it's not British   ooo and I watch Shortland Street via the Web because Living TV axed it 

There was a time when i watched all of them, but there are too many other things on at the moment, so i am so behind with all the story lines, its was always Coronation street for me for years though. 

Emmerdale

I used to be a huge fan of Neighbours, but I never watched Home and Away... rarely anyway... 

Home and Away is wicked. Mmm Charlie Buckton the copper is so hot, Nicole is leaving soon along with my favourite male character Angelo.

I love Stenders (which I voted for) but i also love Emmerdale. And I'm 53, so i'm obviously very young at heart

Oh, and I loathe Corrie.

eastenders love it but also like Corrie nad more recently emmerdale

Out of that lot, Corrie, but it's not as good as it used to be.

I read that he was facing a murder charge but not seen anything for a few weeks now.
