well they did wee in my plimsole one morning but that was because my daughter accidentally locked them out of the room with the litter tray. I think aiming in a plimsole is to be applauded

      improvising cats.

Can i get one with a no poo and no clawing guarantee?

Soozy, I think you were a bit unlucky. Cats usually are very clean, although Mutley started doing her business behind a wooden box in the corner after she had the kittens. I put the tray in that spot and that stopped it.

How are your little kittens coming along Cologne ? Will you be able to part with them?

Skylark, they are the most georgeous things ever. The video at the top is what I'm looking at most of the day. It's a bit like having your baby, you can't stop looking at them. Their eyes are open now and one bolshie one keeps biting her mum's ears and nose. She just closes her eyes and puts her paws over the wee one. I'm getting a taste of what it's going to be like in a week or two.

Edit. I will find it very difficult to let them go, I'm keeping one definitely, but I worry about her. 2 days ago, my daughter and granddaughter came over and everybody was handling the kittens, to top it all, I stuck a great big camera flush into the box. I woke up the following morning with everybody (young and old) miowing in a wrong place. She'd carried them all under my bookshelve. I took them all back to the box, but she tried to take them back until I put the box under my desk to make her feel secure. It's ok now, but it makes me worry about how much she will miss them.

I have homes for the others, but I'm in two minds of keeping two and letting one go to my bestie mate, but you're right, one will probably occupy her mind and body enough to hopefully forget the others soonish.
