I saw a spoiler on DS which says that Jim gets fired in task 8/9
, not sure if it's true but I found out from there a few days ago about Gavin being fired yesterday which turned out to be true.

DS were mostly right last year, because it's filmed from the year before the information is quickly leaked online by friends and family of the contestants, journalists or people who went to watch You're Fired.
