Have you ever stopped to think what goes into making that tasty sandwich or wrap you bought.

I have my favorite. It is beyond description but not beyond ingredients.

Tesco's Finest* Moroccan Chicken Stonebaked Flatbread.

It is so nice I am addicted. Problem is the price.. I could get cocaine cheaper. So I decided to look at the making of one..

Bleeding impossible! I would need.

I keep trying to make mine but I can't get the taste I am looking for.

It's the same with all food. You can never re-create it. My attempts are cheap chatty versions that leave me wanting more...

I know what you mean.

longcat

Well I found the right chutney.. It's made by a company called English Provender Co. The spicey apple chutney is a dead ringer for the one in my favorite  wrap above. (even though it's not the same fruit)

I am looking for the best Stonebaked flatbread to match it. The flatbread is sooo soft and perfect you would not believe it. Not like the hard rubbish you get in stores.

I'm even considering getting a baking stone and trying to make them myself.
