 It's not really a pie, pie.... its sliced, partly cooked potatoes and onions, layered and covered with tinned tomatoes (with a dash of Worcester sauce), then covered with cheese, and put in oven.....

I made this last night, it was yummy I have some leftover couscous salad and chicken for lunch today, and enough chicken for a wrap another day I halved the recipe, oh and I chopped the apricots like you suggested, I think that would be better than whole, they sort of melt when you eat them, yum!

I know that I'd simply adore it which is why I shall never make it. Sounds like Calorie meltdown!

It's really no good if your dieting but for "once in a while be bad food" it really floats my boat
