Tonight I've had beans on toast, and there's soup in the cupboard for tomorrow

Cook it the Phil vickery way - mine was done in two and a half hours and moist and lovely! I cooked for ten ................was gonna be a traditional roast but we had lots of lovely fish left over from good Friday - weather was lovely so we barbecued some Sea bass, Monk and halibut and threw in a few sausages and burgers for good measure ..................a lovely afternoon/evening ............somehow we got the two grandsons staying over ............all good though!

I did that with my leg and then covered it in red wine
