Much better baz, I spoke to a friend of mine last night for the first time in about 5 years and she has the same problem as I have, so we've decided to be a bit more pro active. You know what it's like when you realise you're not the only one suffering,it takes the worst off your shoulders. Plus my son is in Barnstable for a commando course, so I will be able to see him for the next 5 weeks, which is lovely.

I was prepared for one of you to say that, trust it to be you.

I think it's really nice to see some new members here.    It's a public forum on the internet, and there's no reason why ANYone can't/shouldn't join.  It always amazes me that some people don't like new people, and think this forum should be kept 'private..'  in fact, I find this really strange... 

It also surprises me that people think it's odd that new people join, because it's supposedly impossible to find this place.....  New members should be welcomed IMO and not treated with suspicion and contempt.  So hello and welcome to anyone who has just joined. 

Hello Colgne1 and i hope you are feeling better now. I read about your recent ill-health and am glad to see you are on the mend. Heart attacks are just a warning, not the end ( in this case) I know this for a fact.
