I'd eat Richard Madeley. I've eaten worse. 
You may drink liquids whilst consuming whatever offerings from the line up you choose.
And yes, re Madeley it is the whole shebang. You may purge him a little first if you prefer.

Can we disguise it by eating it with another food?
Hmmm. This would have to be decided on an ad hoc basis. No substantial diluting of the the headline ingredient is allowed - for instance, liquidising Mr Madeley with 14 tonnes of curry and consuming him over a 3 year period.
You may however pop his spleen on a cracker or perhaps tackle the frogs between two slices of bread. You have to know what's what though.

Ok the pain would be pretty bad...... but it's the only thing on the menu I've tasted before ...... and I reckon you could get quite a snazzy replacement with 1 million......which still leaves you with 4 more to play around with.
