That's a really low calorie diet clumsy, unless you are finishing the day with a bottle of red

I would add something more to lunchtime - ham or cottage cheese, chopped veg, even more soup or a jacket potato ...

Also, if you are going to the gym you are using more energy. I'd say eat when you are hungry (otherwise you will be tempted to raid the fridge), but eat the right things.

And good luck with the diet

i too am starving but thats cos i was on the piss last night and i always wake up hungry-but stick to your guns and dont give in

i lost 3 stone last year through cutting out bread, spuds and beer (it only took 10 weeks)

and its a bugger to keep off, the weight i mean, not keep off the beer, well actually going by last night, i also mean the beer

im a rambling hungover person

Clumsycat - that doesn't sound too healthy

Working a 12 hour shift, going to the gym and only having porridge, fruit and soup the whole day. Try poached egg on toast for breakfast or even low fat cheese on toast. You have to have some carbs so a baked potato at lunch or dinner. You'll end up burning off more calories than you're taking in if you're going to the gym. I'm not a vegetarian so don't know what to suggest apart from not cutting out bread, pasta and potatoes totally
