I think they change the clocks "officially" at 2.00am. Not sure how it affects night shift workers.

I think they change the clocks "officially" at 2.00am.
I think 9but am not 100% sure) that they USED to change it AT 2 am current time, but now they appear to change it at the appropriate current time so that it BECOMES 2AM.
Though having said that I have a vague suspicion that it is worked slightly differently in Spring and Autumn.
Spring:-
At 1am GMT it suddenly becomes 2am BST
Autumn:-
At 2am BST it suddenly becomes 1am GMT
Generally though, because it happens overnight, it makes very little difference.
