I watched this last night, well until i realise it had turned 9 o'clock and and the kids were still watching upstairs... then i ran up the stairs like lightening to switch it off (they are only young) and put them into their own beds lol

It was eye opening to dsay the least and to think alot who end up in that situation dont get away

I thought it was a great sketch, tbh. Not by Whitney, but the scouser fella (Rob) and the blonde girl who was sitting on the sofa I thought brought the drama and realism to it. They couldn't go too far due to the time it was shown I suppose (and the BBC wouldn't go too far, whereas if it was on C4 it probably would have been more gritty), but I was glad that it highlighted other issues of concern besides Africa.

(NOT that I'm saying Africa isn't an issue because of course it is)

Good point Karma...  And of course we know you're not saying Africa doesn't matter ...   Just that there are many issues to be concerned about.

I saw the Whitney sketch on Sunday's omnibus edition. Agree that Rob and the girl were convincing and it highlighted what goes on in real life for some unfortunately. Watched tonight's EE and the continuity, as usual at times, was frustrating. Whitney escaped from the house so why on the following day isn't she back on the Square?...did the couple in the car help her or not? did they take her to the police or not? it's frustrating when they carry a storyline over too many episodes
