The lineups for 2011's Reading and Leeds Festivals have been unveiled.

My Chemical Romance, Pulp, The Strokes and Muse have been confirmed as this year's headliners at the three-day festival.

The announcement, which was made tonight, revealed that a newly-reformed Pulp will play before The Strokes at Reading, but will top the bill themselves in Leeds, where The Strokes will not perform. My Chemical Romance and Muse will play both festival sites.

Other artists to play the main stage include Elbow, The National, 30 Seconds to Mars, The Offspring and Interpol.

On the Radio 1/NME stage, there will be performances from Beady Eye, The Streets, Noah and the Whale, Panic! at the Disco and Patrick Wolf, among others.

The official lineup announcement comes after the correct listing was leaked through a magazine snapshot earlier today.

Tickets for the festival are on sale now and will also be available for purchase in person from selected HMV stores from Tuesday, March 22 at 8am.

Reading Festival takes place from August 26 to August 28 at Richfield Avenue while Leeds Festival takes place over the same dates at Bramham Park.

Last year's Reading and Leeds Festivals were headlined by Guns N' Roses, Arcade Fire and Blink-182.

We're only an hour from Glasgow Airport, dear!

I'd LOVE to go to this, it looks like it's gonna be a right goodun, but doubtful cos it depends on health and stuff. I do know people who will be going though so I'll be able to give a second hand report as to how good it was

On the other hand though I am looking at the Moving Motor Show at Goodwood, prompted by your earlier post
