I think you are right. The problem is so random and it doesn't seem possible to repeat the error at will - it just happens. And that sort of problem is difficult to find out what is causing it to happen unless you see it for yourself.

Yep. It had never happened to Brian, but it happened to me yesterday (it's BEEN happening occasionally....but never when Brian and I were in the same place). He came over to see it, could reproduce it on the thread we were on, and figured out how to fix it. Brian=genius.
