When I heard it the other day I thought it was unmemorable.
The voices were thin and uninteresting.
Too many flashing lights right in my face (as seems obligatory these days in musical programmes.)
Very sparse and meagre choreography.
Worst of all - I couldn't see their faces because they have huge microphones in front of them.
Why do so many people hold mikes these days?  Fashion?  Reassurance.
In this technological age they don't need visible microphones
There was a time when we could see people's faces; mikes were discreetly placed.
Things should have got better not worse.

I think the problem is partly that people don't understand that you don't have to speak directly into a mike and from only a few inches away. Also, if you're not playing an instrument or are  doing fancy choreography, then it gives your hands something to do.
