Slinki, did you toss them?  I tossed *puffs chest out proudly*

Summer, I was so ashamed after gorging myself on 1/2 a pancake I had to weigh myself, it was good news, but I'm back strictly back on the leaves today.  After I had eaten the pancake, Mr C even asked me if I was going to go and make myself sick as he knows how strict I am being

Excellent, I've been doing loads of swimming, I go 3 or 4 times a week.

We had converted our garage a couple of years ago to a home office, but I've since moved back to our factory offices, so we're putting a treadmill and rowing machine in there so we can exercise in the comfort of our own home.  Hopefully, when the weather improves I'll find the enthusiasm in me to start cycling to work again too.  I'm determined to be in shape for my forties.

Initially I thought it was something to do with the Jews.  They were fleeing somewhere, set up camp for the night and all they could make out of what they had was leavened bread?  But I'm thinking that must be Old Testament and Lent and Easter is in the New Testament...so maybe it's something to do with filling up before the 40 days and 40 nights of fasting that Lent brings?

pfft, you're in shape already -mentalist 3-4 times is impressive though, I'm going 1-2 and to the gym once, oh and yoga on a Friday lunch time. I'm loving yoga... it's exercising muscles I didn't know I had

Honestly I wasn't.  I'd put *coughs* a few pounds on, but they've all gone plus a few extra.  I'll be happy if I can lose at least another 10lbs.  I might give yoga a look.  I quite fancy giving Zumba a go to, it looks like fun.

*realises that pancake thread has been hijacked by diet and fitness*

(Disclaimer: I will be eating pancakes whilst partaking in all of the above activities)
