Just wondering if the difference between those having problems and those who aren't depends on whether we have a Youtube a/c, or not. Not everyone who has a problem has mentioned whether they have an a/c thereOriginally Posted by Croctacus:
Thanks for your help Croc but that didn`t work either. Tried the browse thing too but nothing. It doesn`t recognise my password so clicked on can`t remember it. They sent me an e.mail. Tried again and it still doesn`t recognise it.
I`m lost with this one.

Many a time I've wished I had when I seen some crass comment, and wanted to reply.
You've got me thinking, I'll check it out,

Scotty, it may be worth looking at the Google forum to see if there's anything there which helps.

Scotty...its sounds like you are having exactly what i had...we always left youtube signed in so when we went on it was always signed in....
When you go on there don;t enter any passwords....you are already signed in but it wants you to now have a gmail account to link it to...the only way round this unless you set up the gmail account is to sign out. You can then browse and watch but won't be able to comment.

I set up a g.mail account this morning. They cancelled my old password. I have to use my g.mail account password now but like you, I don`t sign out on there. So it`s all sorted.

I like that too Jen. If you set up a g.mail account you`ll get that back. Originally Posted by Scotty:
