A shot in the Dark here. Has anyone been to it? I have the option to go this year. Burns Unit, Billy Bragg, Arts n Crafts, that sort of thing.

Never heard of it, or Burns Unit...anywhere wi' Billy's gotta be worth a shot though?
I spent a great deal of NYE having to listen to Burns Unit, whilst trapped in a RHB cottage. They are like a hip band amongst the people who live in trees, tents, and camps in between protesting about power stations, railway trains, and runways.
It sounds like it might be worth a trip, even if you don't care for the music the atmosphere sounds like it's gonna be a good one!

Ooooh I usually like those sorta types. My current obsession is Frank Turner who is similar.
I've just listened to Blood, Ice and Ashes which reminded me a bit of All About Eve and I'm now listening to Since We've Fallen Out which has an odd mix of Sigur Ros and The Frames to me.
Quite liking so far
Edited to add, they sound nowt like Frank Turner though (even if he does do a ditty about fox hunting)
