Won't be as good as Oasis, but still looking forward to it This lot are the only ones bringing out rock n roll music, Noel needs to get on it quickly.
Just been watching live from abbey road on C4, his voice has aged... but still enjoy their music.
I used to think Oasis were heavily influenced by the Beatles, but its even more evident with these lot. And Liam (as usual) sounds the dogs bolleaux
Can see them causing a bit of a storm in 2011
I was saying that normally I wouldn't do sounalikewannabes either but IMO BE do the Beatles justice. They are very similar to Oasis, but more raw and gritty, not so polished and commercial.
On C4+1 now, have a listen if you can and if you don't like then fair enough, but you got nowt to lose, non?
If you've got time, they're just about to start on C4+1, give it a listen. Might not be to your taste and that's fair enough but what you got to lose?
Worth checking out when you've got a few minutes to spare

It's definitely Oasis-esque. The lyrics make no sense at all and it still sounds like a Lennon B side. Sorry Karms we're not off to a good start with the beady ones. Let's put them on ice for a bit and see if they ever write a non-Beatles parody
Really?
Is that possible without Liam Gallagher going back in time to 1968 and killing or hiding John Lennon in a cupboard, and disguising himself as Lennon and singing with The Beatles?
I'm off for a bit. Catch you laters!
Surely the honour of sounding like a Lennon B side is 'job done' as far as Liam and Noel Gallagher are concerned? With their reverence to the Beatles, it can only be the higest accolade to be compared to a Lennon B side. If you said their song was 'as good as a Beatles A side', they'd probably punch you in the face for disrespecting their gods!

Amazon have the album at 3.99. This weeks album of the week.
I haven't been paying much attention, so I dunno what's going on with Beady Eye...
Must feel like a kick in the teeth for Noel though...aww, brotherly love, can't kill em...erm can't kill em.
Croc - I saw the ad about the CD earlier, have got the NOTW on order for the papershop run tomorrow
Great sales.
The negatives... the amount of Liam Gallagher lookalikes Same hairstyle and same clothes, it was quite pathetic tbh. And they really do need to drop For Anyone.... not one to sing live.
Surprised by how good LG sound, I suppose in Oasis it was NG who wrote the songs... but now LG writes them to suit himself. Im hoping Noel pursues a solo career, not heard much though.
Just thought I would bump this thread as I just seen the videos from reading...
Think the songs are better than Noels new solo album but Liams voice sounds bloody cack... had he sound like he did during 1998 they would of been rocking.
I would rather cod eye!
New release.

The accompanying music video sees the band performing the track through psychedelic-tinged filters.
The new track was produced by Dave Sitek and follows recent buzz track 'Flick of the Finger'.
The Liam Gallagher-fronted act will release their second studio album BE in the UK on June 10 and a day later in the US.
They will celebrate the new collection with a trio of intimate gigs in the UK, playing headline sets in Manchester, London and Glasgow.
I just saw the avi of the op. I wish Karma was still here I liked her a lot.
