Youse lot will be so proud innit!

So I picked up some fresh Salmon fillet something or other...is it fillet steak or steak fillet? I dunno, I forget, but anyway...

...yeah so got one of them, placed it on something called foiled tin, sprinkled a tinsy winsy bit of rock salt and black pepper on and squeezed a bit of fresh lemon juice over it.  I've got some new potatoes on the go and have some Mange Tout(sp?) at the ready. Oooh, I'm like Gordon Ramsey without the un-necessary swearing or wrinkly forehead.

Apparently I've got to put the salmon in an oven at some point...don't really get that bit.
