`I`m going home from The Rocky Horror Show. love it. Also love all the songs from Fiddler on The Roof.. Sunrise-Sunset.... if I Were A Rich Man, Matchmaker... yeah baby
Les Mis is my favourite.....and I love most of the music from that......but one I really like is *You'll Never Walk Alone* from *Carousel* ( and I don't support Liddypool either)
I know Beyonce sang it in the film but much prefer this version...
And then there's Jennifer Holliday...
I cried a bit in the theatre when I saw Miss Saigon Massive lump in my throat. Such a moving show!
We already had that on page 1/

I love come what may from Mpoulin Rouge, but I don't actually like the film, I can't see how some folk go gaga over it,
All of this excerpt makes the hairs on my arms stand up especially the four tenors singing "Bring him Home"

Anything from Grease, the best school play ever (watching from the audience).

Lucky you, which was the best one?, we only had that one and besides I would be too shy to go on stage in front of lots of people.
Joseph was the best... but I was only in Year 10 then.. so was only in the chorus for that! When I was in Year 11 we did the Factory Children.. it was ok.. I had a solo in that one.. I was Sam the Thief!
Here you go...Love is Strange from Lipstick on your Collar...but in the series all the songs were the original artists and mimed.
3 times I have started a list of favourite songs from musicals. and 3 times I have abandoned it.
In my case it is often not the song that the show is most famous for, but one of those show-stopping numbers (often done by the whole chorus) which lift you into a wonderful peak experience.
In Cabaret I like Tomorrow Belongs to Me and If You Could See Her Through My Eyes, even though they are not the best known.
I like Sobbin' Women from 7 Brides for 7 Brothers.
A number of songs from Singing in the Rain
....and again I am having the same difficulty.
I don't have one favourite.
My favourites are often part of the storyline rather than stand-alone tunes.

I have many but this is one:
I was bored shitless until the second half..but Elaine Paige made up for it
and this Michael Crawford was utterly brilliant in the role, no one ever compared
