I am a country music fan.
Today I am sad because one of my all-time favourite country artists - Charlie Louvin - has died.
He and his brother Ira were massively popular in the 40s and 50s, when performing as The Louvin Brothers. They had a recognisable style with Ira singing a high tenor harmony.
Charlie was also a prolific song writer.

Here is Charlie (on the right) singing a medley of some of his songs with Del Reeves.
