Actually Mr Cinds does the same thing.  Maybe it's the way men folk shower.

I'm guilty of that in our house, but i have no idea how I do it & the more careful I am, the worse the splats I do wonder how long the bed would get left if I never changed the sheets tho..

The big mystery in our house is what the hell the boy (aged 13) does in the bathroom whilst "having a poo"..   and no... its nothing smutty... 

but... it takes him over half an hour, and usually the best part of a toilet roll.   And it sounds like he is riverdancing up there when he is doing it.

We have threatened to put a nanny cam in there...   but then MrD & I couldn't agree which one of us would watch what was going on

funnily enough...   the boy strips off as well...  

sometimes when you go in the bathroom after him...  there are a pile of clothes, including shoes..  
its like he's melted!

Men folk, hay, they're all mental.

His nibbs does change the bed sheets more then I though, so i think I'll keep him awhile longer.

I`m wondering why Mr. Scotty thinks that everything that`s unstuck can be stuck back together with milliput.  

The handle on my oven door came off. All it need was to be screwed back on. What did he do? Milliputted. Now we can`t screw it back on because it`s hard rocked with milliput!

ahhh his nibbs has to know how everything works, dvd players taken apart, lamps taken apart etc

he never seems to be able to put them all back together as they were though. grr

Same as Ditty it's toilet rolls in our house too (think we've moaned about this before)  also when daughter has a bath there's always puddles all over the bathroom floor, i've always wondered how she's get water so far from the bath but when i ask i always get the same anwswer (oh it's always my fault) funnily enough yes it is seeing as it's you that's just had a bath  

oh i forgot, also how can 1 person get through so many clothes in one day, i can wash up to 3 times a day and there's only 2 of us in the house, god knows what she will do next month when i have a new kitchen and i won't have a washer for a week

3 washes a day??? Bloody hell!

It's probably because shower gel is so difficult to wash with, and probably not very good for your skin either. Try him on a bar of soap.

Do I have to eat all the soap?

It often puzzles me how little people use up all the toilet tissues and wipes and shampoo as well

I'm amazed at how the males in this house manage to miss the wate paper basket right beside their arses at the loo and throw the cardboard rolls from the empty loo roll on the floor in front of them!!!

I'm amazed your menfolk take the empty cardboard rolls off the holder & throw them!!

Mine leave the empty cardboard roll on the holder...   and place the newly started loo roll on the floor underneath it!

That's what mine do.

I don't have a wall one, just the stick thing that a few rolls go on.  You'd understand if you saw my loo.....must be the smallest toilet in Ireland!

We only have bars of soap in our house, yet the suds still manage to reach inexplicable heights and far reaches across the walls, and that's just the adult male in the house.

Don't get me started on what the boy of the house can do to the bathroom 

I am honestly considering making the boy go out the side of the house to use the toilet with the dogs.  Mainly because that is Mr Cinds duty to clean up

its amazing where they can get poo isn't it?

I make him go and clean the poo off the toilet.  I have never (thankfully) found any on the floor off him.  I did once notice a small amount on the floor (but that's a story that involves his mate from primary school - I wasn't happy )

I hadn't even considered poo on the floor!  

But it seems that anywhere on the toilet is fair game....    the mind boggles as to how he gets it where he gets it!

Of course it would only seem fair to mention at this juncture how One's opposite gender partner, when preparing a meal, manages to cover every fecking surface with cooking detritus. Why can't women understand compartmentalisation (if such a word exists)

I'm on my own and leave the empty cardboard roll on the holder until next time

it's a council are coming to rip out the kitchen and make a mess and put a new kitchen in type of new kitchen, can't say i'm looking forward to it, work starts on the 23rd of feb and will last for 6 weeks  i will get a new bathroom and the walls insulated, i wish i could throw all the appliances out and start again but i can't afford it, so the appliances have got to go in the living room, so no cooker or washer for weeks  can you tell i ain't happy about it yet  *goes back to packing*

My boy (Soon to be 7) always leaves the tap on after hes brushed his teeth/washed his hands, forgets to flush all the time and manages to get toothpaste EVERYWHERE!!!!! Gave him a shower the other night and sent him off to brush his teeth, he came back with a blob of toothpaste on his cheek under his eye and a bigger blob in his hair!?

B leaves the cardboard tube on the holder and perches the new roll on top of it
