Finally the builder has finished putting on the roof tiles. The roof has been covered in plastic sheeting since last Friday, and was worried when he would come back after the snowfall Friday night/Sat morning. 6 ins fell and stayed. The snow is still here but he took off the plastic sheet and laid the tiles, and what a good job he has done in these freezing conditions. 
He will be getting recomended to all my friends.
