I know nothing about any of this sort of stuff - is it a portent of Doom and should I be opening my presents now?
No impending doom, it just seems the full moon sends some people a bit crazy, so I thought what with the other 2 factors they might go three times as crazy
Oh and out of interest, is the sound on ITV wobbly for anyone else today?

Sounds like a plan to me!
Ooh how exciting, hope the sky is beautiful!
Starts tomorrow morning at around 05.20
The eclipse is in the morning though isn't it?
I am reliably informed by my 12 year old it is between 8.17 and 9.17 am

Yes, takes place between 5.20 (ish) and 8 (ish)
I think his teacher gave him an hour time slot cos she couldn't work out whether it was GMT or whatever!
It is confusing, because some give the times as GMT, others UT or PST and some do all 3. They like to make it easy
Perfect, we're hitting m&s at 6am for the Xmas food! We might see it!
According to the Daily Mail, the eclipse starts at 6.32am but doesn't reach total eclipse until 7.40am, with maximum at 8.17am, and ends at 8.53am.
Lunar eclipse party before work then! Should make a great talking point with customers tmra

Her bday is the winter solstice (shortest day)... her daughters bday is the summer solstice (longest day)... They're the only two of my mates bdays I can remember!

I love that site Scarlett - some of their stuff is brilliant. the two they do about Killroy Silk are good too. Petting Zoo is very rude though
But I have to admit that the Spankhurts and their tinfoil hat is my fave
