I love Silenr Night (especially sung in harmony by 2 male voices.)
I like Adeste Fideles (Oh Come All Ye Faithful - but it has to be done rounsingly, not like a dirge.
I also remember from my childhood a carol called "Sweet Chiming Christmas Bells".
The salvation army used to give it a good old seeing-to with the band.
Also have a soft spot for Away in a Manger.

'O Come All Ye Faithful'.....I used to climb into my Grandmas bed on Boxing Day Morning and, with my sister, sing this as loudly as possible whilst Grandad made us a cuppa and a fried banana sarnie!!!! He still has a recording of us that he made back in the early 80's!!! Always makes me think of my beloved Grandma and the fab times we had.
