sorry for asking for help again but you are all so good

my daughter is coming back home soon and she has come down tonight with her laptop but for some reason she can't get internet on it. on other daughters laptop the password we put in doesn't seem to work on this one anyone got any clues what we are doing wrong? I set up the laptop that lives in this house but i cant remember what i did :/

ps trying to get this in before the apprentice starts

Have you checked the connection status thingy? My laptop has a sort of switch to connect to wirelesses. That is if you have one.

Should be Network Connections or Networks or Connect To, depending on what version of Windows (I presume you have Windows anyway) you have

well everything went off on this ocmputer then couldn't get internet anywhere!!! Ive got this comp working now and the other laptop but the 2nd laptop still needs a password which i cant remember Does anyone know how to find the WPA password please???

call your service provider and make a note of the passkey they give you, and keep it nice and safe.

It doesn't matter if you've forgotten the password just ring your ISP they will give you one that over-rides it. Then write it down and don't lose it
