Looking at T Mobile.

Anything I should look out for particularly regarding hidden costs/charges?

Do you have to top up each month if you're still in credit?

New to this malarky.

Watch out for how much data will cost you. I have my iphone on a monthly contract from O2 and get 500Mb included.

I use mine for the Internet on the hoof as it were. Whereas I have a PAYG cheapest Nokia on an ASDA sim card, I think it would cost a fortune on an IPhone. I pay about fwarty poond a month for unlimited everything- we need it.

You can't do any better than taking a day, go to the nearest big town that has all of the shops in the same place, price 'em up, negotiate, flounce out of shops etc. You may find there is a better option for you. Do you really need an iPhone?

Well I need an iPhone, you need an iPhone, all God's children need an iPhone.

But I have seen people who have laid out a load of cash on one when they don't really have much use and could probably do the same stuff while paying less.
