I can't say I've ever noticed a difference. This thread was inspired by Linford Christies announcement on I'm a celebrity that he would outlaw his daughter if she ever did anything he deemed morally unacceptable such as undressing for magazines while cheerfully championing male rights to do whatever they will whenever they will.

He disgusts me. A man who sleeps with 50 women is just as much a slag as a woman who sleeps with 50 men. No argument. I hope he's out first everything about him is just repulsive.

I don't think I am out of touch. I am not very far away from his age and I find his attitude to be antiquated and plain offensive. It's not going too far to say I've never met him but I hate him and all people who force such archaic sensibilities on the world even his own daughter.

If he'd lived his life the way he expects his child to do, then it wouldn't be so bad.
Out of date, dodgy values..? Yes, maybe so. But he'd be much more entitled to them if he wasn't such a hypocrite himself.

he's a right plum...............the sort of bloke who ogles page 3 and says.'look at the tits on that..i'd give it one'.............then says 'what a slag she is'.........

however......i think it is true that blokes are viewed......mostly by other blokes as 'heroes' for bedding as many women as possible...whereas girls are viewed as sluts..........

i had a chat a while ago with my mates 19 year old son......he's been putting it about alot and his mates think he's a right lad...as does he......but when i mentioned a particular girl his response was..'wouldn't go near her.she's a right slag'.......

my own opinion is...women are just as entitled to sleep with whoever they like the same as men......and shouldn't be called for it

I really can't stand the term 'slag' when applied to either sex. Imo if someone male or female ants to be promiscuous and have many sexual parnters thats upto them and the people they sleep with it shouldnt earn them a derogatory label
