It's fair blowing a gale out there - I'm concerned my fence will blow away 

Ir's blowing a gale here in Nottingham as well, my slates always go in this weather, last time this happened half my chimney came down  the noise scared me half to death

I love when it's madly windy like this. You can phone up all the people you really hate and invite them all round to dinner then wait for the phone calls saying they can can't come because they've been blown into lamp posts and walls and on to random motorways so are now missing limbs etc.

Baz the council came and put up scaffoling for about 3 weeks, fixed the problem and then yanked the scaffolding down and ripped half the slates off again

It's gone right potty outside and the ruddy dog keeps opening the door, going out for 10 seconds, running back in, I get up to close the door, he opens it, runs outside....* repeat to fade*

I love a bit of weather. It's blowing a hoolie here and raining. That's Devon.

The cats are doing the same sort of thing karms, asking to go out so I open the door and instantly let all the heat out and freeze me bojangles off and then they stick a nose out and run back in again. 5 mins later, same thing. I've locked me and them in the living room now and no amount of scratching or meowing is going to change my mind, oh no!

Me too. I was out taking photos of them today. The autumn leaves stuck on the wet ground made spectacular patterns.
No-one was excited about it - except me.  

OHH no i love them. I drive down roads that i know will be covered in them just to go 'awwwwww'
