Lemon Grass & Coconut Stir Fry with Pork Meatballs | ||||||||
STEP 1 Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
STEP 2 Place the pork mince in a mixing bowl, squeeze in half the tube of Lemon Grass, Ginger & Coconut Easy Stir Fry Blend and the juice of half the lemon.
STEP 3 Mix thoroughly and shape into approximately 20 small meatballs.
STEP 4 Heat the oil and fry the meatballs for 10-15 minutes, until browned. Add the vegetables and squeeze in the rest of the Easy Stir Fry Blend. Stir Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5 Add the water, soy sauce, remaining lemon juice and cooked noodles and stir fry until heated through and evenly coated. |
