Aghhhh - seen another house!!

The one I put an offer in for has a twat of an estate agent who could not believe that a woman was buying a house on her own( well that was the impression he gave).So I am not sure

So I went to see another one today... well I have seen a few. BUT this one had something about it.... I don't know what but I did like it.

3 bedrooms, garage., utility room - french doors opening to the garden. the garden is a decent size but needs some TLC.

It is a little close to some pylons so any advice would be useful.

Just up the road from some shops - a good mate lives neaby.
Cul de sac location so safe for my cat.

BUT needs major decoration so am going to get my OH and daughter to have a look and see what they think and make an offer accordingly.

When my friend was looking for a house she said she walked into one and could see where her Christmas tree was going to go.

Can you see that? If so, put in a offer.

Don't like the sound of the pylons though. I'd have to go round there a few times and listen to make sure they don't hum (as in make a noise, not smell!)

They say the first 11 second rule Isadora, if you feel the warmth in the first 11 seconds it's probably the one for you, the pylons may put some off though and maybe keep the price down, that is if they ever begin to rise again.

Never mind where the Christmas tree goes, have you checked that none of your potential neighbours have those OTT outdoor Christmas decorations?!? Friend of a friend got caught out with that one and had to move

The people over the road used to have them - but they moved
