Well my evening changed 
Suddenly felt unwell towards the end of Strictly, crashed out halfway through X factor, woke up briefly and set the sky to tape Cheryl Cole thing, crashed again, woke up a little while ago and started hurling, plus must have pressed the remote thingy to stop taping just after the Cheryl Cole thing started. Have had to cancel my visitor, now watching Michael Buble and feel as rough as a badgers backside. It was all going so well at 18.57

Long story! But had a chat with the doc and this evening is probably just down to meds interacting with others meds cos I took them at the wrong time and all that malarky. Gah, does my nut in sometimes, but as always, worse things have happened at sea! *tries to be an optimist* EDIT: And thanks
