Unless I am imagining it; this guy not only looks NOTHING like the original ben, but also, he looks about 7 years older! Opinions??? :)

Always makes me laugh that EE has forgotten that Ben is supposed to be partially deaf due to having meningitis as a very young child - never any sign of it on the programme

I had previously posted that if Ben came out he would have changed character to become a much tougher individual, and a bit of a thug. So I'm not surprised that the replacement looks to be a leaner meaner sort of Ben.

Soaps often replace the original child actors, mainly because they grow up and can't actually act! Eg. Nick Tilsley, Sophie & Rosie Webster, Tracy Barlow and Sarah Platt to name a few. Sometimes they keep them and its a mistake, eg Chesney - so wooden its untrue
