Yay, Im great thanks, my BP just goes a bit wobbly when the doc takes it....otherwise I is fine......bizzare!
It also depends on which doctor you see.
There is one GP at our surgery who can make my hands turn into fists and my arms feel like straightening towards his face.

I keep getting told ive got really low blood pressure, i could use a bit of that
I also have white coat syndrome, so I have my own blood pressure meter, similar to that at the surgery, and for the couple of weeks before my checkup I take a daily reading and pass that to the nurse or doctor. They make a note of that on my records as well as their own reading.
Also don't have a coffee or tea in the couple of hours before the test, and empty your bladder before you go for the test - a coffee or a full bladder will increase the results, so give a false reading.
