First one for well over a year with my bestest mate!

I am going to spoil myself rotten - well I say that but it is not something I am used to doing.

I want to go to Lush
Benefit makeup
I need some lovely undies and new nighties
and I need some jumpers and winter skirts.

Okay I know this is a boring thread but it is for the girlies....

Make sure you go into East ... they have a 75% sale. I bought three vest tops yesterday, should have cost £72 (yes, I know, whoever would have paid that!) and I got them for £17

And a dress down from £69 to £15

That's next summer sorted ... I need to do some winter shopping too

I love Debenhams cos all the concessions in there are fab (John Rocha, Julien Macdonald etc). I am quite partial to a Karen Millen concession too

Hahaha this reminds me of a time I went looking for a pair of black jeans and it took about 7 hours cos they had to be just right

It was fun but the person who was with me wanted to push me under a bus

As a man GJ, what are your requirements when you shop? Is it just a case of 'that looks alright', off the peg and pay for it? Or do you take time to study the fabric, the cut of the garment and check if it's machine washable?

First I wait until I need something. I have a good idea of what I want beforehand. I do study the fabric for faults. I tend to buy mainly cotton, sometimes cashmere........ if all fails I ask Mrs Joe's opinion. It usually takes less than several weeks but.
