I am not talking about clock with figures here (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12)
I am talking about clock faces with roman numerals:-
1 - 11 - 111 - ?? - V - V1 - V11 - V111 - 1X - X - X1 - X11
What about 4 o'clock?
Why do roman numeral clock faces show the numerals correctly - except when it comes to 4 o'clock?
Why do they show 1111 instead of 1V?

There are a few which display 1V - but they are indeed very few.
Anybody know why?
