I often suspect that the descriptions they give themselves are a little...shall we say...embellished and use a little creative licence.

The women have all got that wild, irritating long hair which I dislike - apart from Liz and the female Gok Wan.

I notice, though, that Alex credits himself with conceiving the bendy bus - nobody else- just himself. Do we have more deluded egos here.?

Although, looking at the picture of Melissa, it was perhaps wise of her to ditch hairdressing.

I can't stop laughing at Stuart Baggs' expression They were obviously told to look like they are ballsy and mean business, but he just looks like he needs an ASBO. Yo-yo's FFS, who would put that on their CV?

Based on face value and their brief description, which 2 out of those lot would you work with? First choice for me is Paloma, second choice Liz. This may change, but if I was shown that lot as candidates, those are the 2 I'd immediately want to see.
