ive been to italy twice and spain thats about it. I loved going there , Italy was great and so was Barcelona but i would like to go further a field

Mere bagatelles.  Seriously though, there's an organisation called Raleigh International. If you're interested to see other places, they go all over the world and help out. My daughter went to Nicaragua and Costa Rica with them, which otherwise she probably would never have done.

 There's also the good old VSO. It used to be very restricted as to what you can do, but the scope is much wider now. Worth considering too, but then, if you are studying, it's probably easier to take 3 months (raleigh), rather than much longer with VSO.
