Does anyone know why my mouse on my lappy (I'm using the centre panel) is picking and grabbing stuff even though I don't want it to? When I click on something I have to do it 3/4 times before I can go through a link or it attaches to an icon and I can't get rid of it Sometimes it makes things smaller/larger as well when I'm in applications in FB mainly - it's driving me nuts

Have you tried looking under Mouse Options (should be under Control Panel)?
The only other alternative I can think of is get a proper mouse...

I've just looked at control panel but everything seems to be working so I guess I'll have to get a proper mouse
You can get itsy bitsy little mice for laptops. I have one linked to the USB-it's much easier.

Though I think I can explain this if you press Ctrl and scroll up or down at the same time, the text goes bigger or smaller accordingly... dunno if that's what you're doing but sometimes that happens to me
Pengy, you using a MAC?

No - it's when I'm in an application i.e. harvesting on a farm, the page keeps going smaller or bigger without me touching the + or - keys to make that happen Reference:
