According to The Mirror, the presenter will spend a day in the house after spending months persuading the producers to allow her to go in.
Speaking on Alan Carr's Chatty Man, she said: "I've watched it so much I reckon I've got it down on how to be the perfect housemate."
The host added that she wanted to spend a night in the house, but that her husband wasn't so keen. She recalled: "He said, 'You sleeping is the only bit of you I get to myself.' That's quite a winner, isn't it?"
When asked about the possibility of continuing to present the show if it moves to Channel 5, she replied: "I've spent a year saying goodbye, and I don't know if that's the natural time for me to say goodbye and let somebody else take the helm."
McCall briefly entered the house earlier this year as part of Big Brother.
