BB had a vote to evict ,it would have been such a different outcome if it was a vote to save.
but it wasn't.if enough people wanted sam to stay he would have..i don't like the fella but i thought he got a great reception and was honest and frank in his interview.....he admitted he goes too far...he admitted he blew it...that's the way it goes....he'll do very well out of it

Can't blame the Producers for the public's choices. I'm shocked Corin's gone I thought she had a chance of winning, I'm shocked jj2 is still there, what a waste of a space for a more interesting hm to be there. Surprised Andrew's still in, he's interesting in tasks but not otherwise. Will miss John, lots of bad behaviour but he was interesting to watch

it has always been a vote to save at this stage... idiots (BB not you lot)
The penultimate week in BB5 was a vote to evict, with all HMs up. That's how Michelle got evicted.

What really made the difference this time was having 4 evictions on the same night as well as a "vote to evict". It made it virtually impossible for the big "marmite" characters to survive. John James and Sam were doomed as soon as the evicition was announced, and Josie would probably have gone too if she'd been up. Even if they'd avoided getting the highest percentage, there was no chance of their fans mustering enough support to prevent them still coming in second or third (which is what happened to Sam).

This is why I've always been opposed to multiple evictions. It was the double eviction in BB4 (the first ever) that killed off that series. By evicting 2 out of 3 HMs, BB managed to lose Jon Tickle and Fed (the only two HMs who were actually doing anything) on the same night...
