Moin One of my favourite memories  of Thirsk pubs was in the Black Bull when someone tried to rob the "takings" of my friend. (Daren't be more specific) All hell broke loose and one of the miscreants was literally propelled through the window. It was just like the Wild West.

I watch a lot of greyhound racing (that's how I came to own one, but that's a long story) and every bloody June he pops up on the Sky coverage of the Greyhound Derby, talking complete cobblers and generally being a pain in the backside!  He makes the draw for the semi finals and the final and because of  him waffling on, it very often runs over the scheduled time, it's all about him. I was at the Greyhound Derby final in 2006 and saw him there shouting his mouth off at someone, he was really unpleasant and the people from Sky who were with him just looked really embarrassed.

Mr Pink watches C4 racing sometimes when he is at home and he is often on there, the way he speaks to his fellow presenter (female) is terrible and you can often see her just looking at him as if she wished he would go a long, long way away.  Bet she is loving the time away from him at the moment, along with his wife.

Interesting post Pink Babe. I think some people think it's all an act and he does it for a laugh. I think he's simply a very rude and unpleasant individual.

I posted last night that many people felt this to be true about John James- myself included. And yet some people insisted that he was entertaining. I just think that with John M he says it for effect and actually will back down whereas worryingly John James could never see what was wrong with his behaviour.

Lets give those women a well deserved break and keep him in.
