Hello Everyone!!!  I am back from Marbella after the wedding.  Thank you all, so much, for thinking of me and for your good wishes.

I am delighted to be able to tell you that I successfully - but very painfully - passed the kidney stone, the day after I arrived in Marbella, so I was able to really enjoy the whole thing and also was able to enjoy having my whole family together, and also the wonderful weather.

I am attaching a photo of the bride and groom taken by myself but we will have to wait for the professional photos to arrive before I can send you a photo of Dante doing his "ring bearer" duties.  He is so tiny, and the official photographer and videographer were both scrabbling to get shots of him!!  He did a great job though and walked down the very long aisle in the Church - saw my son standing on top of the alter steps - and ran up the steps and sat down between them.  He couldn't have done it any better if he had been trained to do it!!

Thank you all again for all your good wishes and advice.  I would be lost without you all.  I have some other photos of Dante and an update on how Dali is getting on on her shows in Europe - but I can't find the FROM HEARTBREAK COMES HOPE thread!!  I will keep looking for it.

Lovely to hear from you Annoca. So pleased that were able to enjoy everything without the pain from the stones. Lovely pics, and can't wait to see Dante's starring role!

Obviously I never noticed that - thing is some of us can't spend all day every day posting on here as we have to work!!!!

Annoca, I'm so pleased your kidney stone had passed and didn't spoil the big day. 
Your son and daughter-in-law look lovely in the photos and I look forward to seeing the photos of Dante - it sounds like he did a wonderful job.

When you say that you *passed* your stone.........does it mean you weed it out???

Yes Lainy - that is exactly what happened.  I never want to go through that again!!

A colleague of mine went through that, Annoca. Or. rather, it went through him..

Here is a photo of the wedding cake.  I was very relieved that it survived the journey unharmed!!

Wondering - and hoping -  that you are all fit and well.
I hope that your own health is settled ANNOCA, and of course hope Dante and Dali are doing well.

Hi Brisket!!  You are SO kind in keeping track of myself and Dante and Dali.

I am not very computer literate and can never find the threads to update.

Dante and I are doing well. He is such an angel - and extremely intelligent.  He has a basket full of toys and knows each one by name.  Most of them have been sent to him by "fans" and I have given them the names - Henny Hedgehog, Little raggy, Coloured raggy, white raggy, pink bone, blue bone, grey mouse, white mouse, soccer ball, rugby ball and fluffy dog.  He knows and loves each one of them.

Dali is continuing her winning ways.  She now has eleven European Championship Titles and my son now has plans to take her to the States and Asia to create an all time "record"

We miss her, but are thrilled that she is doing SO well in the showring.  After all, that is what my son had planned for her all along.

We got the wedding DVD yesterday - two discs - and it is fabulous.  We are still waiting for the "stills" photos where we hope Dante "upstages" the bride and groom.  I know for a fact that my son and his wife will be thrilled to be upstaged by this little mite who did such a wonderful job in a huge church with the wedding rings pinned on him.  He made his way straight to the alter to them both - and then had the audacity to look SO pleased with himself!!

We just had a house move a couple of weeks ago and Dante got very upset with all the boxes and black bags but I am happy to say he has settled in very well, still has his own little garden and he still has ME to take care of - so he is once again a very happy camper.

Hello ANNOCA   - thanks for seeing and responding.
Gosh a house move would be quite traumatic to Dante I would think.  But it is great to know he has coped well and has settled well.
I love your descriptions of his behaviour and character.
It will be lovely to see 1 or 2 of the stills pictures when you have them.
It's amazing that he 'knows' each of his toys by name.


Good to hear that Dali is doing so incredibly well.
What a terrific terrific record!


Moving house (for me) would be a massive ordeal, but I am pleased you have managed it - at least the main physical thing of moving. Sorting everything doesn't have to be done all at once does it.


We'd love to see pictures when you have them.
Meanwhile thanks for your latest news and I am so pleased that you, Dante and Dali are all doing  well.

My mum had hers lasered, but she'd been undiagnosed and in pain for a year! Eventually she collapsed at home and I had to take her to the hospital

ANNOCA - As December approaches (and we are still groping our way around the new layout, I thought I would refresh this post.
I hope everything is settled down following your house move.
