i think dave 'uses' his love of the lawd to lull h/mates into a false sense of security with him.........as in 'you can trust me..i'm a man of god' type thing......he wasn't too happy sam said he didn't trust him........plus the fact he plays on his family man image and i guess some of them may think he's 'all that and a bag of potato chips'...

Firstly, no religious person, not even Dave, would seriously think that was something to burn in hell for. Well, maybe the fundamentalists would But Dave isn't one of those. Secondly, Dave, for all his faults, is a pretty smart cookie (most conmen are ), he would never say that on camera if he were serious.

I can't believe I'm going to say something nice about Dave......*gulp*..... but the ONE thing.... I might, possibly, at a push, if I reeeeally have to, like him for, is his ability to joke about his religion.
