Well its taken BB 6 weeks to punish nom talk. Rach and Andrew along with Keeley spoke about the outside world several times and I dont remember them being Punished,if they were it was certainly nothing drastic or getting put up for the public vote.Reference:

For breaking the House rules and talking about the outside world, yet again, Sam Pepper has been punished.
Sam was called to the Diary Room where he had to glue peppercorns on to a board saying: âI SAM PEPPER WILL NOT TALK ABOUT THE OUTSIDE WORLD EVER AGAINâĶ.. HONESTLY I WONTâ.
Sam was not allowed to leave the Diary Room until he had covered all the letters with peppercorns.
During this, Big Brother played him some music and read him interesting facts about peppers and peppercorns.
When will they learn...
