Andrew has questioned Mario on whether the former Mole thought he was gay when he first entered the house.

As he lay in bed snuggled up to Mario and being gently stroked by the 28-year-old fashion designer, Andrew asked if he was giving off any signals that had been caught by Mario's 'gaydar'.

Mario assured him that his 'gaydar' had not been working during his time in the house, given that he originally believed John James to be gay, but assured Andrew that he had always thought him to be straight.

When asked by Andrew what his first reaction to him had been, Mario admitted that he was put off the 19-year-old student by his youthful appearance.

"Imagine hypothetically that you were gay and you came up to me in a bar," Mario continued. "I’d say you’ve got beautiful blue eyes, amazing eyelashes, but you’re too young."

Mario did however state that he finds people with a "quirky personality" like Andrew attractive on the outside world. Meanwhile, Josie light-heartedly stated that she considered Andrew to be her ideal husband, as she'd "never get bored" of him.
