Now I think deep down JJ and Ben really like each other,JJ winds Ben up he falls for it or rather he knows JJ is doing it now and argues back at him.
JJ hates everybody! He always takes his anger and frustration out on Ben, because he sees him as an easy target. What he's saying about him now is just sour grapes, and a lead up to another arguement later on, because he's in a bad mood!
