Oooooooooooh dear .............I've been married for 34 years ........my husband really used to like the natural look years ago ................TBH - although he loves me warts and all ..........I think he likes me with a bit of make upnowadays (and I can't say I blame him).

I'm putting my hard hat on here, but he does have a point. If make-up does not improve a women' s look for the better then why do they wear it? why do I go out on a Saturday night and hardly ever see a woman without make-up. Dave's comments may be in the extreme, but you do hear comments like "putting my face on" and "wanting to look my best" said by women which makes me wonder.

My preference (If anyone is still reading and not typing furiously, throwing expletives in my direction) is for minimal make-up.

Yes! Our Ben was responsible for Dave having this new "cool" look and how did he thank him?  By bitching about him and putting him down at every opportunity
