I don't vote. Occasionally I pretend to.

I only vote if I really have to.

This week I'm happy, as long as Andrew stays, so I'll spend my money on important things, like booze.

I just vote for who i want to evict - but only when i feel really strongly about them

I only vote when there is someone I despise so I don't vote very often.

I never tactically vote! I can't see the point when I'm just one of millions.

I always like to vote following my own principles........... but this week I'm a little torn. Do I vote out the one I dislike the most, or the one I'd get the most satisfaction in seeing leave.

Tis a moral dilemma.

In all the years BB has been on our screens I have only voted once - to evict Govan.
I shall vote this week - to evict Dave.
No tactics - just the person I dislike most. The person whose absence would improve the house.

usually its easy, if there is someone I really want out I vote for them.   Or if 2 people are up, and one is one of my faves.. I will vote for the other to save my fave... but that only works on a 2 hm contest.

this week I had a different dilemma... do I vote for the one who I know is a shameful horrible person outside the house, but in terms of viewing he doesn't bother me that much, or the one I least enjoy watching in the house, the one I would really like to not have to watch anymore,  but who is a pussy cat in the real world compared to the other one.

I'm voting for Dave because I despise the little sh*t.  Not only do I hate the moronic fake little freak cretin that has a penchant for wheelchair use when it suits him..... it will rock the boat in the house - particularly Crab-eyes who thinks Dave is a cert to stay

It's not a tactical decision on my part, more of a personal one, and it doesn't give my favourite an advantage either way anyway...so I'd have to say no.

Tactical voting relies on second guessing millions of other voters so I can't see the point tbh.


If I didn't vote with my heart I'd just be cheating myself out of my last BB experience.

Yeah.... I gave her a quick vote when it came down to those two as well. A Mikey win would have out me off BB for life!

Ok... so maybe I shouldn't have used the word tactical..... but wasn't sure what else to call the fact that you really dislike one person, but vote for another to get someone else out.... just as you described...  *I think that's what I meant*

take a look at l/f now to help you decide.... the camera is switching between an emotionally stunted little git who's effing this and effing that whilst talking to Mario beside one of the beds..... then in the living room we've got Ben doing his utmost to have a good time and involving as many people as possible

same here barmy if ben could just stay this week, just to see those who think  hes a goner and tell him so,just to mess up the game plans of a few in there,  just 1 more week for ben and id be happy

There's always a lot of talk about tactical voting, and I'm sure some people do it. However, the evidence suggests it doesn't work. There simply isn't enough organization amongst the fan bases (and the forums aren't anything like powerful enough now anyway.)


The only example I can think of tactical voting having any discernable affect was when Freddie fans voted to keep Bea in last year, but (a) that was a vote to save, where it is easier to make a difference at the "lower end", and (b) look how well that turned out for all those Freddie fans!

It's my fault, I wasn't very clear. I dislike Dave and Ben  neeearly equally...... so wouldn't mind either going. I find Ben slightly more entertaining though so on that basis I should vote for Dave.

On a different level though part of me would prefer to see Ben go because I think it would improve my enjoyment of the forum. Although I have to say it's become a little more balanced here lately..... you can dislike Ben without being a outcast to society now.

Niether choice is tactical though..... just down to personal choice. Do I vote to improve my enjoyment of the show....or the forum? And as I spend more time here than watching BB.... I'll probably go for the latter.

but we all hate Dave Ducky - so go with the flo and vote for Dave   - the Ben/JJ thing can wait a week
